Christy's Chopped Salad
- 12 tablespoon pepperoncini pepper juice
- 12 tablespoon lemon juice
- 12 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 14 red onion
- 1 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tablespoons pepperoncini peppers
- 1 tablespoon feta cheese
- Measure pepperoncini juice, lemon juice, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar into a medium-sized bowl and whisk together.
- Chop remaining ingredients into bite-sized pieces and add to bowl.
- Mix together and enjoy!
