Sausage and Pepper Pasta

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Cook sausage in a large pan just until it loses it's pink color.
  3. Add garlic and onion and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add peppers, cook 2 minutes more.
  5. Add tomatoes and seasonings, cook about 15 minutes until the peppers are tender.
  6. Take pan off heat, cook 5 minutes.
  7. Add softened cream cheese and stir until melted.
  8. Add sauce to cooked pasta, toss to coat.
  9. Top with grated Romano cheese.
