Vichyssoise (Potato And Leek Soup) Recipe

  1. Cook above ingredients till potatoes are soft, then put through blender.
  2. Add in one c. lowfat milk; or possibly cream of desired.
  3. Traditionally this soup is served cool; however, it may be served warm.
