STUFFED PEPPER SOUP Recipe
- 2lbs. Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Small Onion, diced
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced
- 1t. Garlic Salt
- 1t. Black Pepper
- 1 (16 ounce) can crushed or diced tomatoes
- 2 Green Bell Peppers, chopped
- 1 Large Onion, Chopped
- 2 a" 3 Stalks of Celery, chopped
- 1C. Uncooked White Rice
- 46oz. Can Tomato Juice
- 2C. Beef Broth
- 2T. Parsley
- 2t. Beef Base
- 1/4t. Cinnamon
- 1T. Brown Sugar (optional)
- Brown your ground beef with small diced onion and garlic a" season your beef as you brown it.
- I prefer garlic salt and pepper.
- Add tomatoes, peppers, onions, celery, parsley, tomato juice, beef broth, beef base and rice.
- Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until rice is cooked.
- Adjust liquid if necessary.
- Stir in cinnamon and sugar.
