Spicy Paneer Sticks

  1. Toss the cheese with all the ingredients except the oil.
  2. Marinade for 30 minutes.
  3. While the cheese is marinating soak 12 wooden skewers in water.
  4. Thread 2 - 3 cheese cubes on each skewer and brush with the oil.
  5. Heat a dry pan or griddle and fry the skewers for about 3 mins until charred on all sides.
