Easy, Yummy Truffles

  1. MELT 8 chocolate squares as directed on package.
  2. Beat cream cheese in medium bowl with mixer until creamy.
  3. Blend in melted chocolate.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  5. COVER baking sheet with waxed paper.
  6. Shape chocolate mixture into 36 balls, using about 2 teaspoons for each.
  7. Place in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
  8. MELT remaining chocolate.
  9. Use toothpicks to dip truffles in chocolate; return to tray.
  10. Decorate as desired.
  11. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chocolate is firm.
  12. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
