M&M Cookies
- 100 g unsalted butter
- 50 g granulated sugar
- 100 g brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 Egg
- 150 g cake flour (1 1/5 U.S. cup)
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 50 g M&M chocolate
- 3 Tbsp mixed nuts
- to taste Vanilla oil,
- Preheat the oven to 330F.
- Blend flour and baking soda together with a whisk.
- Crush the nuts.
- Microwave butter until it melts.
- Combine the sugar and butter together.
- Add the egg, salt and vanilla oil then mix.
- Combine all powder ingredients with a spatula.
- Add the nuts.
- Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of cookie dough onto the parchment paper.
- Put 5 M&M chocolates for each cookie.
- Bake 6 to 8 min.
- Don't over bake!
- Be careful, it's very soft.
