M&M Cookies

• 100 g unsalted butter
• 50 g granulated sugar
• 100 g brown sugar
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 Egg
• 150 g cake flour (1 1/5 U.S. cup)
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 50 g M&M chocolate
• 3 Tbsp mixed nuts
• to taste Vanilla oil,

1. Preheat the oven to 330F.
2. Blend flour and baking soda together with a whisk.
3. Crush the nuts.
4. Microwave butter until it melts.
5. Combine the sugar and butter together.
6. Add the egg, salt and vanilla oil then mix.
7. Combine all powder ingredients with a spatula.
8. Add the nuts.
9. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of cookie dough onto the parchment paper.
10. Put 5 M&M chocolates for each cookie.
11. Bake 6 to 8 min.
12. Don't over bake!
13. Be careful, it's very soft.
