Brunswick Stew

  1. In a large stockpot, cook chicken and beef for 1 hour.
  2. Add hickory smoked pork.
  3. Add finely chopped onion.
  4. Add ketchup, diced tomatoes, corn, and hot sauce.
  5. Add salt as needed.
  6. Cook on low heat for 1 hour.
