Giant's Bacon wrapped jalapenos stuffed w/peanut butter
- 12 jalapenos
- 1 packages bacon
- 12 toothpicks(may need more to help hold bacon)
- 1 peanut butter(enough to fill the jalapenos)
- 1 you may want to where gloves when cutting jalapenos and remember not to get it in eyes or on face it will burn
- take jalapeno under running water and cut a slit into one side the whole length but don't go all the way thru,pry apart and remove seeds and veins(i leave veins in for more heat cause that's where their heat comes from) repeat process until all seeds and veins are removed from all
- fill all the jalapenos with peanut butter( use a spoon or butter knife) then take one strip of bacon and wrap it around the jalapeno and use a toothpick to secure the bacon to the jalapeno by pushing it all the way thru
- turn on broiler (give it a couple of minutes to heat up) place jalapenos on tray and put into oven under the broiler to cook ,check frequently and turn often until the bacon is cooked remove and enjoy (these also can be made on the grill)
