Pimento Cheese and Vegetable Sticks

  1. Place the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, minced jalapeno and pimentos into a mixing bowl.
  2. Use a mixer and beat at medium speed until it is thoroughly combined.
  3. Season to taste with the salt and pepper.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for several days.
  5. Makes approximately 4 (1/2 cup) servings.
