Pimento Cheese and Vegetable Sticks
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed Then Minced (optional)
- 1 jar (4 Ounce Size) Pimentos, Drained Well
- 18 teaspoons Salt
- 18 teaspoons Black Pepper
- Place the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, minced jalapeno and pimentos into a mixing bowl.
- Use a mixer and beat at medium speed until it is thoroughly combined.
- Season to taste with the salt and pepper.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for several days.
- Makes approximately 4 (1/2 cup) servings.
