Baked Fresh Fish Recipe
- Veg. oil
- 1 lb Fish filets Crazy Jane salt Black pepper, freshly grnd Dill weed, crushed Butter
- 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 tsp Tarragon
- 2 tsp Capers with juice
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- Spray or possibly brush cookie sheet with veg.
- oil.
- Place filets on greased surface and sprinkle with salt, pepper, dill weed and dots of butter.
- Bake at 375 for 6 to 8 min.
- Turn and bake another 6 to 8 min or possibly till fish is flaky.
- To make sauce heat the butter, tarragon, capers and lemon juice together.
- Serve sauce over hot fish.
- Yield: 4 servings.
