Polish Cabbage Soup Recipe
- 3/4 pound lean pork, cut in sm. pcs
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. condensed beef broth
- 1 c. condensed tomato soup
- 2 soup cans water
- 4 c. shredded cabbage (about 1 lb.)
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 bay leaf
- Dash of pepper
- 1 tbsp. sherry (opt.)
- Lowfat sour cream
- Brown pork in butter.
- Add in remaining ingredients, except lowfat sour cream.
- Cook over low heat, covered, 30 min, stir often.
- Serve with spoonfuls of lowfat sour cream.
- Makes 6 servings.
