Fish Strip Wraps with Mexican Mayonnaise

  1. COMBINE the mayonnaise, tomato, coriander, onion, and spices and set aside.
  2. PLACE a tortilla on each serving plate and top with fish strips, lettuce, tomato and sliced onion.
  3. Dollop with the Mexican Mayonnaise and roll to enclose the filling.
  4. Secure with a toothpick.
  5. Serve immediately.
