Crock Pot Indian Pudding Recipe

  1. Lightly grease crock.
  2. Preheat on high for 20 min.
  3. Meanwhile bring lowfat milk, cornmeal and salt to a boil.
  4. Boil, stirring constantly, for 5 min.
  5. Cover and simmer an additional 10 min.
  6. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  7. Gradually beat in warm cornmeal mix and whisk till smooth.
  8. Pour into crock and cook on high for 2 to 3 hrs or possibly low for 6 to 8 hrs.
