Bean Mix Cassoulet Recipe

  1. Rinse peas and limas till water is clear.
  2. Put in stock pot.
  3. Add in ham hocks or possibly bone, simmer for 1 1/2 hrs till peas and beans are tender.
  4. Add in corn, onion, okra, ginger and spinach.
  5. Simmer for 10-15 min longer.
  6. Serve in bowls with warm corn bread.
