Chocolate Mousse

  1. Melt cooking chocolate over stove top, then add butter and powdered sugar; mix well.
  2. Separate egg whites and wish until slight peaks form.
  3. Add egg whites to chocolate mixture; stir until thick.
  4. Pour into 4 small bowls or ramekins, and place in fridge for 2 hours to set.
