Chocolate Mousse
- 1/2 cup milk
- 7-1/4 oz. cooking chocolate
- 3 egg whites
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 oz. powdered sugar
- Melt cooking chocolate over stove top, then add butter and powdered sugar; mix well.
- Separate egg whites and wish until slight peaks form.
- Add egg whites to chocolate mixture; stir until thick.
- Pour into 4 small bowls or ramekins, and place in fridge for 2 hours to set.
