Sour Cream Rolls Recipe
- 1 1/2 sticks melted butter
- 12 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 6 c. bread flour
- Dissolve yeast in water and 1 Tbsp.
- of sugar.
- Set aside.
- In a large bowl, add in all remaining ingredients, except flour.
- Add in yeast mix to lowfat sour cream mix.
- Add in flour to this till the mix is not too sticky to handle.
- Set dough in a clean, oiled bowl and cover with cloth to let rise till doubled in size.
- Punch down dough and make into rolls.
- Let rise again.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 min or possibly till brown.
