Extremely Easy Tiramisu
- 2 (3 ounce) packages ladyfingers, split, divided
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 12 cup sugar
- 2 cups thawed Cool Whip
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- arrange one pkg Ladyfingers on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
- dissolve combined coffee granules and 1 tbsp sugar in boiling water.
- brush 1/2 cup coffee mixture onto Ladyfingers.
- beat cream cheese until creamy.
- add 1/2 cup sugar.
- stir in whipped topping.
- spread half cream cheese mixture over Ladyfingers in dish.
- top with remaining Ladyfingers.
- brush with remaining coffee mixture.
- cover with remaining cream cheese mixture.
- sprinkle with cocoa powder.
- refrigerate for at least 4 hrs.
