Grilled Dijon-Maple Salmon
- 1-1/2 cups GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 1 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup
- 1 Tbsp. garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. ground red pepper
- 1/4 cup oil
- 12 each salmon fillets (4 oz. each) Walmart Supercenter 1 lb For $5.00 thru 02/14
- Mix mustard, syrup, garlic, ginger and pepper until well blended; cover.
- Refrigerate several hours for flavors to blend.
- For each serving: Brush each side of salmon fillet with 1/2 tsp.
- of the oil.
- Place on hot grill.
- Grill 4 minutes on each side or until salmon is tender to the touch, brushing frequently with the mustard mixture.
