Grilled Dijon-Maple Salmon

  1. Mix mustard, syrup, garlic, ginger and pepper until well blended; cover.
  2. Refrigerate several hours for flavors to blend.
  3. For each serving: Brush each side of salmon fillet with 1/2 tsp.
  4. of the oil.
  5. Place on hot grill.
  6. Grill 4 minutes on each side or until salmon is tender to the touch, brushing frequently with the mustard mixture.
