Easy Unstuffed Cabbage Skillet
- 1 pound Sirloin Ground Beef
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 whole Medium Green Pepper, Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 5 cups Green Cabbage Chopped
- 28 ounces, weight Stewed Tomatoes, Undrained
- 1/4 cups Tomato Paste
- 2 cups Cooked White Rice
- 3/4 cups Water
- 2 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- In a large skillet brown ground beef, onion, peppers and garlic, until beef is no longer pink and crumbly.
- Drain.
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Stir well.
- Reduce heat and simmer covered for 20 minutes.
