Glazed Fruit Salad Recipe
- 2 lg. cans pineapple chunks
- 1 lg. can sliced peaches
- 2 cans mandarin oranges
- 1 jar cherries
- 3 bananas
- 2 boxes or possibly 1 large box cooking type vanilla pudding
- Drain pineapple, peaches, oranges saving the juice of the pineapple and peaches but throw away the juice from the oranges.
- Take 2 c. of the juice and mix with pudding; bring to a boil, stirring constantly till thick.
- Cold.
- Wash and drain cherries; cut cherries into halves.
- Mix all together (add in bananas last).
- Will stay good for several days and can be made ahead.
