Beef and Mushroom Stew

  1. Melt butter in a large pot.
  2. Brown beef over medium-high heat.
  3. Sprinkle with rosemary, parsley, salt and pepper.
  4. Add shallots.
  5. Add soup, broth, wine.
  6. Simmer covered on low for 1 hour or until meat is very tender.
