Chili Nuts

  1. Lightly beat egg white in medium-size bowl.
  2. Add cashews; toss to coat.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients.
  4. Sprinkle over nuts.
  5. Toss to coat.
  6. Spread on a greased cookie sheet or jelly roll pan.
  7. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for 25 minutes or until golden and fragrant.
  8. Stir 2 or 3 times to turn and separate nuts.
  9. Cool completely.
  10. Store up to 1 week in airtight container.
