Spicy Fried Chicken
- 1 pound Chicken Breast Tenderloins
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 cups White Cornmeal
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- Cooking Oil
- Trim the fat off the chicken.
- Combine all dry ingredients into one bowl and mix them up.
- Put the buttermilk in another bowl.
- Put the cooking oil (enough for about 1/4 inch in bottom of pan) in your skillet and start warming it up.
- Dredge the chicken through the buttermilk and then through the dry ingredients.
- Place chicken in hot oil in skillet, turn to other side after 2-3 minutes or when one side is brown.
- Remove from oil when brown on both sides, drain on paper towel.
- Serve as you wish!
