Pulled Chicken Sandwiches

  1. COOK chicken and onions in skillet on medium-high heat 8 min., stirring occasionally.
  2. ADD barbecue sauce, water and sugar; stir.
  3. Reduce heat to medium, cover.
  4. Cook an additional 7 minute or until chicken is cooked through (165*F).
  5. REMOVE chicken from skillet.
  6. Chop chicken into small pieces or shred with fork.
  7. Return to skillet; stir until evenly coated with sauce.
  8. Cut baguette crosswise into four pieces.
  9. Cut each piece lengthwise in half.
  10. Fill with chicken mixture and top with cheese.
