Beef Tataki

  1. Sear the rib-eye steak to medium rare.
  2. In a small bowl, combine all of the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Remove the meat from the pan, and let rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Slice the meat very thinly.
  5. To serve, plate the sliced steak and top with the salad mixture.

jicama, red onions, cucumber, soy sauce, orange juice, hot pepper, rice vinegar
