Sweet & Easy Chocolate and Coconut Pie

  1. Spread butter evenly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Press 1/4 cup coconut onto bottom and up side of pie plate.
  3. Microwave chocolate and 2 Tbsp.
  4. milk in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min.
  5. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 min.
  6. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  7. Add Neufchatel, sugar and remaining milk; mix well.
  8. Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
  9. Spoon chocolate mixture into crust.
  10. Sprinkle with remaining coconut.
  11. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
