Smoky Salmon Spread

  1. Let cream cheese come to room temperature to soften.
  2. Drain, clean and flake salmon; combine with softened cream cheese, lemon juice, liquid smoke and seasonings.
  3. Mix completely.
  4. Chill for several hours.
  5. Shape into two logs; roll in combined nuts and parsley.
  6. Chill before serving.
