Smoky Salmon Spread
- 1 can (large 14.75 Oz. Can) Red Salmon
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoons Liquid Smoke
- 18 teaspoons Salt
- 1 dash Cayenne Pepper
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 dash Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 cups Chopped Walnuts
- 1/4 cups Finely Chopped Parsley
- Let cream cheese come to room temperature to soften.
- Drain, clean and flake salmon; combine with softened cream cheese, lemon juice, liquid smoke and seasonings.
- Mix completely.
- Chill for several hours.
- Shape into two logs; roll in combined nuts and parsley.
- Chill before serving.
