Herbed Pork Tenderloin Recipe

  1. Place pork onto roasting rack inside glass 8 x 13 inch glass baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle on marjoram and paprika.
  3. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake at 300 degrees for 30 min.
  4. Remove foil, cover and continue baking 20 to 30 min longer, till tenderloin is lightly browned without becoming too dry.
  5. Salt to taste, slice and serve promptly.
  6. Serves 2 grown ups and 2 small children.
