Herbed Pork Tenderloin Recipe
- 1 pound lean line pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp. fresh marjoram leaves
- 1 teaspoon warm Hungarian paprika
- Salt to taste
- Place pork onto roasting rack inside glass 8 x 13 inch glass baking dish.
- Sprinkle on marjoram and paprika.
- Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake at 300 degrees for 30 min.
- Remove foil, cover and continue baking 20 to 30 min longer, till tenderloin is lightly browned without becoming too dry.
- Salt to taste, slice and serve promptly.
- Serves 2 grown ups and 2 small children.
