Basic Liquid Game Marinade Recipe

  1. Saute/fry minced vegetables.
  2. in extra virgin olive oil in a nonreactive pan till lightly browned.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 min.
  5. Cold before using.
  6. Marinade may be made ahead and refrigerated for 1 to 2 weeks.
