Broiled Red Snapper CanapASs

  1. In small bowl, mix fish, cheese, celery, sour cream, onion and pepper.
  2. Mound about 1 1/2 teaspoonfuls of mixture on each cracker.
  3. Place crackers on baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle with chili powder, if desired.
  5. Set oven to broil.
  6. Heat until cheese melts, 2 to 3 minutes.
