Athenean Stuffed Peppers
- 1 pouch simulated ground beef
- 1/2 cup mushroom
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 can (19 oz / 540 mL) crushed tomatoes
- 3/4 cup orzo pasta
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper
- 2 large red or yellow peppers
- Just follow our 3 simple steps
- Cook 1 pouch simulated ground beef, 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms, 1 clove of minced garlic and 1/2 can (19 oz / 540mL) crushed tomatoes in a large non-stick pan over medium heat for 5 minutes or until heated through.
- Stir frequently.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir IN 3/4 cup cooked orzo pasta and 1/2 cup Kraft Feta with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Cracked Peppercorns.
- Seed 2 large red or yellow peppers and cut in half.
- Fill pepper halves with orzo mixture.
- Pour remaining crushed tomatoes into bottom of 8-inch baking dish.
- Place peppers in baking dish and bake at 400F for 30 minutes.
