Athenean Stuffed Peppers

  1. Just follow our 3 simple steps
  2. Cook 1 pouch simulated ground beef, 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms, 1 clove of minced garlic and 1/2 can (19 oz / 540mL) crushed tomatoes in a large non-stick pan over medium heat for 5 minutes or until heated through.
  3. Stir frequently.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir IN 3/4 cup cooked orzo pasta and 1/2 cup Kraft Feta with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Cracked Peppercorns.
  6. Seed 2 large red or yellow peppers and cut in half.
  7. Fill pepper halves with orzo mixture.
  8. Pour remaining crushed tomatoes into bottom of 8-inch baking dish.
  9. Place peppers in baking dish and bake at 400F for 30 minutes.
