Beef Flank Steak, Barbecued Recipe
- 1 c. chili sauce
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon dry chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- Salt & freshly grnd pepper
- 1 (2 - 2 1/2 lb.) flank steak
- Combine first 8 ingredients with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place meat in baking dish and pour marinade over.
- Chill at least 2 hrs, turning meat once or possibly twice.
- Pan fry or possibly broil to desired degree of doneness.
- Carve meat by slicing diagonally.
- Yield: 8.
