Beef Flank Steak, Barbecued Recipe

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Place meat in baking dish and pour marinade over.
  3. Chill at least 2 hrs, turning meat once or possibly twice.
  4. Pan fry or possibly broil to desired degree of doneness.
  5. Carve meat by slicing diagonally.
  6. Yield: 8.
