Jeff's Hash Brown Casserole
- 32 ounces frozen hash browns
- 1 small onion
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese (shredded or preferred flavor)
- seasoning (optional)
- jalapeno (optional)
- cubed ham (optional)
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine sour cream, soup and onions.
- Mix well.
- Fold in the hashbrowns.
- Fold in 3/4 of the cheese.
- Place into 9 by 13 baking dish, smooth mixture and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the edges of the cheese begin to brown.
