Philly & Blue Tarts
- 185g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 150g blue cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 6 fajitas
- black pepper
- Process Philly*, blue cheese and eggs in a food processor until smooth.
- Stir through chives.
- Heat fajitas on high for 30 seconds to soften.
- Press into 1 cup capacity, lightly oiled muffins tins and fill evenly with Philly* mixture.
- Sprinkle pepper over the top of each.
- Bake at 160C fan-forced for 20 minutes, until golden and puffed.
- Serve warm or cold with salad greens.
