Philly & Blue Tarts

  1. Process Philly*, blue cheese and eggs in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Stir through chives.
  3. Heat fajitas on high for 30 seconds to soften.
  4. Press into 1 cup capacity, lightly oiled muffins tins and fill evenly with Philly* mixture.
  5. Sprinkle pepper over the top of each.
  6. Bake at 160C fan-forced for 20 minutes, until golden and puffed.
  7. Serve warm or cold with salad greens.
