1. Blend taco seasoning mix and refried beans in medium bowl; Spread mixture onto large serving platter
2. Mix sour cream and cream cheese in medium bowl; Spread over refried beans
3. Continue to layer as follows: Salsa Tomato Green pepper Onions Lettuce Cheese Olives
