Ham Spinach Stuffing Recipe

  1. Cook mushrooms and onions in butter.
  2. In large bowl, pour vegetable mix over stuffing mix, tossing to coat.
  3. Squeeze spinach to remove excess water.
  4. Fold into stuffing mix.
  5. Combine ham, cheeses, Large eggs, parsley, 1/4 tsp.
  6. salt, and 1/8 tsp.
  7. pepper.
  8. Add in to stuffing mix.
  9. Blend in chicken broth.
  10. Place in a 2 1/2 qt casserole.
  11. Cover.
  12. Bake at 325 degrees for an hour.
