Bob Wilson's Rice Pudding Recipe

  1. 2 Put rice into a pie dish and cover with warm water, place in warm oven at 375 degrees F for about 15 min remove.
  2. Reduce heat to 275 degrees F.
  3. 3 Add in sugar, lowfat milk, butter and can of evaporated lowfat milk, fill can with water and add in the water.
  4. 4 Cook for 30 min then stir, grate nutmeg on top and cook for a further 1 1/2 hrs.
