Bob Wilson's Rice Pudding Recipe
- 2 ounce Rice
- 1/2 pt Lowfat milk
- 1 x Evaporated Lowfat milk (Small)
- 1 ounce Sugar (or possibly more to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. Butter Nutmeg
- 1 x Wash the rice
- 2 Put rice into a pie dish and cover with warm water, place in warm oven at 375 degrees F for about 15 min remove.
- Reduce heat to 275 degrees F.
- 3 Add in sugar, lowfat milk, butter and can of evaporated lowfat milk, fill can with water and add in the water.
- 4 Cook for 30 min then stir, grate nutmeg on top and cook for a further 1 1/2 hrs.
