Prosciutto di San Daniele with Apple Salad

  1. Place prosciutto on a large platter.
  2. Julienne all apples and place in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add poppy seeds, olive oil, vinegar, and radicchio and salt and pepper, to taste, and toss to coat.
  4. Arrange salad in center of plate and surround with grilled bread.
  5. Serve immediately.
