Ham Loaf With Sherry Sauce

  1. Use food processor to chop ham into small pieces.
  2. Blend ham and pork sausage with fingers.
  3. Blend in Wheaties, egg, salt and pepper until well mixed.
  4. Grease loaf pans.
  5. Depending on what size loaf pan, you may have 2 small loafs.
  6. Fill pans up to once inch from top.
  7. Bake at 350 for 1 - 1 1/2 hours until it pull away from edge and is fully cooked through center.
  8. (remember time will be different depending on you loaf pan size.
  9. check check check while cooking).
  10. Cool while making sauce.
  11. melt together jelly and sherry.
  12. remove the loafs from pan.
  13. serve sauce over sliced loaf pieces.
  14. Make extra sauce.
  15. Once people have a taste it'll disappear quickly!
