BAKER'S ONE BOWL Rocky Road Brownies
- 4 squares BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
- 3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter or margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks, divided
- 2 cups coarsely chopped PLANTERS Pecans, divided
- 2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
- Microwave chocolate squares and butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until butter is melted.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Stir sugar into chocolate until well blended.
- Mix in eggs.
- Stir in flour until well blended.
- Spread in greased foil-lined 13x9-inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 each of the chocolate chunks and nuts.
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
- DO NOT OVERBAKE.
- Immediately sprinkle marshmallows, remaining chocolate chunks and nuts over top.
- Bake an additional 5 minutes or until topping begins to melt together.
- Cool in pan.
- Run knife around edges of pan to loosen brownies.
- Lift from pan using foil as handles.
- Cut into 24 brownies.
