Strickly Sourdough Bread

  1. In a Kitchen Aid mixer with dough hook combine all dry.
  2. In a bowl you can pour out of mix all liquid at room temp.
  3. On stirr pour liquid in at a moderate pace.
  4. add water/flour as needed to make a soft dough.
  5. Knead for 5 to 8 minutes.
  6. Form a dough ball and place in greased bowl.
  7. cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm spot for 2 to 2.5 hours.
  8. When doubled in size divide into four peices and form four rounds.
  9. place on lighty greased and corn mealed cookie sheet.
  10. Cover with a towel and place in a warm spot for another 2 to 2.5 hours.
  11. Brush with water and slash an # in the top.
  12. Bake at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes or internal temp of 190F.
  13. Cool and enjoy.
