5 Minute Pie Recipe

  1. Beat cream cheese in small mixer bowl till smooth.
  2. Gradually add in sweetened condensed lowfat milk and evaporated lowfat milk.
  3. Beat till smooth.
  4. Add in lime juice.
  5. Blend slowly till thickened, about 1 minute.
  6. Pour into pie shell.
  7. Refrigerate1 1/2 to 2 hrs or possibly till hard.
  8. Yield: 10 servings.
