5 Minute Pie Recipe
- 8 ounce cream cheese -- softened
- 14 1/2 ounce sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. lime juice
- 1 x graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch
- Beat cream cheese in small mixer bowl till smooth.
- Gradually add in sweetened condensed lowfat milk and evaporated lowfat milk.
- Beat till smooth.
- Add in lime juice.
- Blend slowly till thickened, about 1 minute.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Refrigerate1 1/2 to 2 hrs or possibly till hard.
- Yield: 10 servings.
