Soya Chinese Chicken
- 2 lbs cut up chicken
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon curry
- 23 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soya sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- water, added to sauce to equal 2 cups
- Prepare mix .
- coat chicken and brown and place in baking dish.
- Prepare sauce and pour over chicken.
- Baste and bake at 325F about 2 hours or until chicken is cooked.
- Servings is approximate.
