Fudge Frosting Recipe

  1. Add all ingredients to a pot and blend.
  2. Then cover and bring to a boil.
  3. As soon as it boils cook uncovered, without stirring to the soft ball stage.
  4. Let cool add vanilla extract and beat until thick enough to hold shape.
  5. (Mom says: If too thick add cream; if too thin add 1/2 cup confectioners sugar) Cooking time will vary use your judgement.
