Pumpkin Pie with Almond Spiced Whipped Cream

  1. Heat the pie in hot oven to crisp shell.
  2. Whisk cream until soft peaks form, a couple of minutes.
  3. Whisk in almond liqueur or extract and season with nutmeg and cinnamon, to taste.
  4. Serve pie with flavored cream.
