Boysenberry Frozen Yogurt Float Recipe

  1. Puree the Boysenberries in a food processor or possibly blender.
  2. Strain the puree mix and set aside.
  3. Puree the pears, then add in the Boysenberry puree, yogurt, and maple syrup, and process till thoroughly combined.
  4. Put the mix in a shallow bowl and freeze overnight.
  5. Let the frzn yogurt thaw at room temperature for 30 min, or possibly till slightly softened.
  6. Scoop the yogurt into 4 tall glasses and add in 8 ounces of seltzer to each glass.
  7. Non-Fat Lowfat milk
