Boysenberry Frozen Yogurt Float Recipe
- 4 med Pears, peeled and diced
- 2 c. Boysenberries, fresh or possibly frzn
- 3 c. Nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Pure maple syrup
- 1 quart Seltzer water, chilled
- Puree the Boysenberries in a food processor or possibly blender.
- Strain the puree mix and set aside.
- Puree the pears, then add in the Boysenberry puree, yogurt, and maple syrup, and process till thoroughly combined.
- Put the mix in a shallow bowl and freeze overnight.
- Let the frzn yogurt thaw at room temperature for 30 min, or possibly till slightly softened.
- Scoop the yogurt into 4 tall glasses and add in 8 ounces of seltzer to each glass.
- Non-Fat Lowfat milk
