Mexican Standoff Recipe Herbalist
- 1 1/2 oz Sub Rosa Saffron vodka
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz Cointreau or Patron Citronge orange liqueur
- splash of lime juice
- Chipotle powder
- Pour the Saffron vodka, pineapple juice and a dash of lime juice into a highball glass half filled with ice cubes, and stir well.
- Drop the orange liqueur into the center of the drink.
- Dust with chipotle powder and serve.
- Weve also made this into a martini like drink and used made a sugar/chipotle rim.
