Smart-Choice Pizza Rustica
- 1 lb. Italian turkey sausage, casing removed
- 4 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups POLLY-O Natural Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
- 3 oz. prosciutto, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- pastry for 1-crust 9-inch pie
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Brown sausage; drain.
- Beat eggs in large bowl; stir in sausage, cheeses, prosciutto and parsley.
- Line 9-inch pie plate with crust; fill with meat mixture.
- Bake 1 hour or until crust is golden brown.
- Let stand 15 min.
- before serving.
