Smart-Choice Pizza Rustica

• 1 lb. Italian turkey sausage, casing removed
• 4 eggs
• 1-1/2 cups POLLY-O Natural Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
• 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
• 1/2 cup KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
• 3 oz. prosciutto, chopped
• 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
• pastry for 1-crust 9-inch pie

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Brown sausage; drain.
3. Beat eggs in large bowl; stir in sausage, cheeses, prosciutto and parsley.
4. Line 9-inch pie plate with crust; fill with meat mixture.
5. Bake 1 hour or until crust is golden brown.
6. Let stand 15 min.
7. before serving.
