Cheddar-Jack Challah Egg Bake
- 1 each green and red pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses
- 4 slices challah bread, torn into bite-size pieces
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Cook vegetables in medium nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 4 min.
- or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
- Whisk eggs and milk in large bowl until blended.
- Stir in vegetables and cheese.
- Spread bread onto bottom of 2-qt.
- casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with egg mixture.
- Bake 45 to 50 min.
- or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
